Guidelines:
Submissions should not exceed 250 words and must follow the standard format: Introduction, Patients & Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
A maximum of one attachment (either a table or a figure) is permitted.

Tickets
Tickets can be purchased either as conference only or full registration. Full registration gives you access to the two day meeting, a ticket to the Gala Dinner, and overnight accommodation for Thursday. Make sure to purchase your ticket now this sell out event is not to be missed.
